GetDropGo is a peer-to-peer furniture delivery marketplace that connects customers with verified drivers for on-demand furniture transport. We built the customer facing website to serve as the platform's digital front door explaining the service, building trust, and funneling users into the mobile app. The website walks visitors through a clear four-step process: post a delivery job, receive competitive bids from drivers, track your delivery in real-time, and pay securely on completion. We showcased platform stats like 50K+ deliveries, 10K+ customers, and a 98% on-time rate to build confidence with new visitors. A full blog system lets the GetDropGo team publish articles across categories like Tips & Guides, Safety, and Customer Stories — all managed from the admin panel. The help center covers everything from getting started to driver handbooks and safety guidelines, with a built-in contact form for support requests. One smart feature we added is the /get-started page, which detects the visitor's device OS and automatically redirects them to the correct app store Apple, Google Play, or a direct APK download. This project also includes a custom admin panel for managing all platform data and a cross-platform mobile app for both customers and delivery drivers.
