By using the FIZNEX website or hiring us for any development service, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language no confusing legal jargon. These terms cover how we work together, project payment terms, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, and what happens if things change. They protect both you and us, ensuring everyone knows what to expect from a FIZNEX project.

Our Services
Scope of Work
When you hire us, we agree on a clear scope of work before starting. Any changes or additions outside that scope may cost extra and take more time. We'll always discuss this with you first.
Delivery
We give you a timeline at the start of every project. We do our best to deliver on time. If something comes up that causes a delay, we'll let you know right away.
Revisions
Every project includes a reasonable number of revisions. What counts as "reasonable" depends on the project size and is agreed on before we start.
Payments
Payment Terms
We usually work with a 50% upfront payment and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, we may break it into milestones. Payment terms are always agreed before work begins.
Refunds
If we haven't started work yet, we can offer a full refund. Once development has started, refunds are based on how much work has been completed. We'll always be fair about it.
Late Payments
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's resolved. We'll always communicate with you before pausing anything.
Intellectual Property
Your Project Code
Once you've paid in full, the code we write for your project belongs to you. You can use it, modify it, and distribute it however you want.
Our Tools and Libraries
If we use any of our own internal tools, libraries, or frameworks in your project, we keep ownership of those. You get a license to use them as part of your project.
Third-Party Code
If your project uses open-source libraries or third-party tools, those come with their own licenses. We'll let you know about any important ones.
Confidentiality
NDA
If you need a Non-Disclosure Agreement, we're happy to sign one. We keep client information confidential by default, but an NDA makes it official.
Project Details
We won't share your project details, business plans, or any sensitive information with anyone outside our team. Period.
Portfolio Use
We may want to showcase your project in our portfolio. We'll always ask for your permission first. If you say no, we won't include it.
Liability
Our Responsibility
We do our best to deliver quality work, but we can't guarantee that everything will be 100% bug-free forever. Software has bugs — that's reality. We will fix any bugs that come up within a reasonable time after delivery.
What We're Not Responsible For
We're not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control — like server outages from your hosting provider, third-party API changes, or decisions you make with the software we build.
Limitation
Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
Changes to These Terms
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are big, we'll let you know.
Your Responsibility
By continuing to use our website or services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms. We recommend checking this page once in a while.

By engaging FIZNEX for any development service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
