GetDropGo Delivery Operations & Dispatch Admin Panel

We built a complete delivery operations and dispatch admin panel for GetDropGo the single control center where the team runs the entire platform from A to Z. Access is fully secured behind an email and password login, and admins can change their password anytime from inside the panel. Once logged in, the main dashboard gives a real-time overview of the whole business: total revenue with a clear platform-to-contractor split, active and completed deliveries, contractor verification status, review sentiment, and open support tickets all shown in clean, easy-to-read charts. Everything that happens inside the mobile app shows up here. The team can view and manage every consumer and contractor, see full delivery and bidding history, track each job through all its status stages, and handle Stripe payouts and withdrawal requests. All customer and contractor reviews come through to the panel, and any disputes between the two sides can be reviewed and resolved in one place. There's also a built-in blog CMS with SEO fields for marketing content and a dual support-ticket system that handles both app and website queries. Built with React and Node.js on a custom role-based access layer, so operations, finance, and support staff each see exactly what they need nothing more.
