StayCasa is a property rental platform built for the UK market, offering both short-term serviced accommodation and long-term residential lettings. We designed and developed a modern, responsive website that makes it simple for guests and tenants to find their next stay or home. Visitors can browse properties using advanced filters searching by location with radius-based mapping, price range, guest capacity, bedroom count, and property type. Each listing includes a full image gallery, floor plans, video tours, amenity details, and an interactive Google Maps view showing the exact location. For short-term stays, the platform connects to Hostfully for real-time availability and dynamic pricing. Guests can book and pay securely through Stripe, with support for nine currencies including GBP, USD, EUR, and AED. Multi-room bookings are also supported for larger groups. After payment, guests receive a downloadable booking receipt. The website also features a blog section with category filtering and search, a contact page with multiple inquiry types, and fully optimized SEO with Open Graph and structured data for every page. On the backend, we built a Node.js and Express REST API with MongoDB, handling everything from property data and bookings to payments and email notifications. The API integrates with Hostfully for property management, Stripe for secure payment processing, and Gmail SMTP for automated confirmations. This project also includes a dedicated admin panel for managing all properties, blog content, contact inquiries, and custom data as a separate application.
