StayCasa — UK Property Rental & Serviced Accommodation Site

StayCasa is a UK property rental website built for the UK market, offering both short-term serviced accommodation and long-term residential lettings on a single platform. Most UK rental sites focus on only one side — StayCasa serves both holiday-goers booking a weekend stay in London cottages and tenants searching for monthly serviced apartments under one roof. We designed and developed a modern, responsive website that makes it simple for guests and tenants to find their next stay or home. Visitors can browse properties using advanced filters searching by location with radius-based mapping, price range, guest capacity, property type, amenities, and booking duration (short-term, mid-term, or long-term). Each property listing includes high-resolution photo galleries, detailed amenities, availability calendars, and instant booking with secure Stripe payment integration. The booking engine handles deposits, full payments, refunds, and split payments for longer lettings. We also built dedicated landlord and property manager dashboards so multi-unit operators can manage listings, bookings, payouts, and tenant communications from one place. Built on Next.js for SEO performance, fully responsive across all devices, and live in production today currently serving the UK property management market with both serviced accommodation operators and long-term letting agents.
