StayCasa Property Management Software - Admin Dashboard

This is the admin panel for the StayCasa property rental platform a complete property management software solution that competes directly with Guesty, DoorLoop, and AppFolio. We built a comprehensive dashboard that gives the team full control over every aspect of the platform, from property listings and blog posts to customer inquiries and custom data. The property management section supports full CRUD operations for both short-term and long-term rentals, including image galleries with cropping and compression, amenity configuration, sub-unit linking for multi-room properties, tag management, and instant status updates. Letting agents and property managers can manage their entire UK portfolio from a single dashboard with role-based access control. The Content Management module functions as a custom CMS dashboard for the marketing site blog posts with rich-text editor, SEO meta fields per post, category management, scheduled publishing, and a flexible page builder for landing pages. The Contact Tracking module captures all customer inquiries from the website with status workflows (new, in progress, resolved), assignment to team members, and email notifications. The Data Center module is a headless CMS-style flexible schema builder where admins can create custom data tables for any future requirement without code. Built on React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS with a Node.js backend, fully responsive, and live in production today serving the UK property management market.
