SpotLight - Cleaning Services Management Platform

We built SpotLight as a complete operations hub for cleaning service companies. The admin gets a centralized dashboard to create agent accounts, assign jobs with service details and pricing, and track every shift from start to finish. Agents get their own mobile-friendly portal where they can view assigned jobs, update their status as they travel and work, and manage their profile. The shift tracking system is the heart of the platform. Each job moves through clear stages assigned, on the way, shift started, shift completed giving the business owner full visibility into what's happening in the field without a single phone call. Email notifications keep everyone in the loop automatically. On the financial side, the built-in invoicing system lets admins generate and manage invoices tied directly to completed jobs. No more copy-pasting between apps. We designed SpotLight with two separate experiences: admins see the full picture all agents, all jobs, analytics, and billing. Agents see only what matters to them their shifts, their schedule, their profile. Role-based access keeps everything clean and secure. The platform is fast, responsive, and works on any device. Whether the admin is at a desk or an agent is on a job site, SpotLight keeps the business running smoothly.
