DVM Vision — Veterinary Hospital CRM Platform

DVM Vision is a complete clinic management platform built for a veterinary ophthalmology hospital. The client needed a system that could handle everything under one roof from booking appointments to tracking surgeries and managing lab samples. We built four separate dashboards for admins, doctors, staff, and pet owners. Each role sees exactly what they need. Admins get the full picture with analytics, staff scheduling, and inventory control. Doctors manage their patients, write clinical notes, and track surgery outcomes. Staff handles day-to-day operations like appointment booking and communication. Pet owners can view their animal's health records, upcoming appointments, and medical history. The patient management module is where the system really shines. Every pet has a detailed profile with weight tracking over time, vaccination status, diagnosis history, ocular exam findings, medications, and referrals. Doctors can record SOAP-style surgery notes with pre-operative assessments, induction drugs, post-op exams, and discharge summaries all in one flow. The laboratory module handles sample collection, test tracking, and result reporting with priority levels and status workflows. Inventory management covers both clinic supplies and lab consumables with automatic stock alerts and expiry tracking. Real-time emergency alerts push instantly to all connected staff through WebSocket connections. Google Calendar integration keeps appointments synced across the team. The system generates PDF reports for medical histories, medication records, recheck recommendations, and attendance logs. Every feature was designed with the daily workflow of a busy veterinary hospital in mind fast, organized, and easy to use.
