Project Details

GetDropGo is an on-demand furniture and heavy-item delivery app I built from scratch for a US client. It works like Lugg or Dolly, but for any large item people struggle to move on their own. A customer opens the app, posts a delivery job with photos, item details, and pickup and drop-off points. Nearby drivers with the right vehicle send their bids. The customer picks the best one, then follows the whole delivery live on the map with smart, AI-powered route mapping that suggests the fastest path and gives accurate arrival times. Both sides can chat and even call each other inside the app, so there are no missed details on the day. Payments are handled securely through Stripe. The money is only released once the delivery is confirmed, which protects the customer and drivers get paid straight to their own bank through a connected Stripe account, with no manual payouts and no waiting around. The app also includes ratings, proof-of-delivery photos, promo codes, a clear privacy policy, and 24/7 support. I delivered both the customer app and the driver app (iOS and Android, built with React Native). Both passed App Store and Play Store review and are live today with real paying users moving furniture, appliances, and bulky items across cities.
