DVM Vision — Veterinary Practice Management Software CRM

DVM Vision is a complete cloud-based veterinary practice management software built for a veterinary ophthalmology hospital. The client needed a system that could handle everything under one roof — from booking appointments to tracking surgeries and managing lab samples. We built four separate role-based dashboards for admins, doctors, staff, and pet owners. Each role sees exactly what they need. Admins get the full picture with analytics, staff scheduling, and inventory control. Doctors manage their patients, write clinical notes, and track surgeries with SOAP documentation. Staff handle appointments, lab samples, and day-to-day operations. Pet owners log in to view their pet's medical history, upcoming appointments, and prescriptions. Core modules include electronic medical records (EMR) with comprehensive patient history, surgery management with pre-op and post-op SOAP notes, lab sample tracking and reporting, veterinary inventory management with low-stock alerts, appointment scheduling across multiple doctors, and a real-time notification system. Built on React and Node.js with a custom RBAC layer, the platform replaces three disconnected tools the hospital was using before — saving the team hours every day and giving them one source of truth for every patient.
