Every project is different, so what we need depends on what you're building. But the overall flow stays the same: simple, transparent, and built on regular proof of progress.
It Starts With Your Project Type
Once the deal is done, the first thing we do is figure out exactly what your project needs. A website, a mobile app, and a blockchain project each need slightly different things from you.
The good news: you don't need to have everything ready. If you're missing something a design, a server, even a clear plan we guide you through it. Here's how it works for each type.
If You're Building a Website
For a full, dynamic website with working functions built from scratch, here's what we need from you.
If you already have a Figma design: perfect. Just share it with us, and we'll replicate it exactly pixel for pixel then build the backend and make every function work properly.
If you don't have a design: no tension at all. Our design skills are strong and professional. We'll simply ask you a few things what theme you like, whether you want animations, and the overall flow and then design a clean, modern UI for you, often even better than you imagined.
After that, we build the complete backend from A to Z and get every feature working. If your project includes an admin panel, you get that too with full source code and regular video updates so you always see the progress.
If You're Building a Mobile App
The flow for a mobile app is similar, but app stores add a few extra steps and we handle all of them with you.
We design and build the app (with or without a Figma design), connect the backend, and get every feature working. Throughout the build, we send you regular Loom video updates and test on real devices.
For publishing, here's what we'll need:
Google Play & App Store accounts — if you have them, just add our team email and invite us into your organization. If you don't have them yet, no problem — we guide you through setting both up the right way.
GitHub access — you give us your GitHub username, we add you to the repo, and your code is pushed daily so you always have it.
A server for the backend — and if you don't have one, we can provide that too.
You always own your code and your accounts. Nothing is locked away from you.
If You're Building a Blockchain or NFT Project
Blockchain projects have more moving parts, so we ask you everything upfront the collection details, smart contract needs, minting flow, wallet setup, and payment handling.
Once we understand the full picture, we build it end to end: the smart contracts, the marketplace or mint site, wallet connections, and everything your users will interact with. As always, you get regular updates and full code access along the way.

How Payments Work
Our payment process is professional, fair, and milestone-based so you only pay as real progress is made.

20% upfront — once the deal is done, we start work with a 20% advance
Milestone payments — after that, payments are split across milestones as we complete each stage
